Purchase an eligible plot at its listed purchase price.
/market rent plot04
Rent an eligible plot for its listed price and period. Use the option you intend to take; you do not need to run both commands.
You need enough money, must remain within the server’s acquisition limits, and the plot must still be available when the transaction completes. The listing’s mode must allow your chosen action.
After a successful transaction, open /market myregions and inspect the property with /market info plot04.

While standing inside your rented plot, you can also use /market renew without an ID.
After renewing, check the response and updated expiration. The plugin supports rental reminders and a configurable grace period; your server decides how these work.

Owners and authorized managers should stand inside the region and run:

Managers do not inherit every owner privilege. Only the owner can change member roles. Managers can remove ordinary members but cannot remove the owner.
Ownership, rentals, membership, and subleases grant different forms of access. Building and interactions still follow the region’s protections. The server determines which WorldGuard flags you may edit; tenant flag editing is further restricted by the permissions granted to them.
Unlocked does not mean allowed: an unlocked flag is one you may be permitted to change. Entity limits remain server-controlled; the menu lets you inspect them, not raise them. Hotel behavior may restrict breaking blocks to those you placed.

Eligible outright owners can rent out an entire plot while retaining ownership. Ordinary renters cannot use this owner-relisting action.
/market myregions.This action currently uses a 30-day rental period. Rental and renewal proceeds are paid to the owner through the configured economy. Conflicting tenants, active subleases, or pending invitations can block relisting.

A sublease lets an eligible owner rent a defined portion of their plot to another player. The tenant receives access to that sub-region, not ownership of the whole parent plot.

Creation and contracts are subject to the server’s eligibility rules and limits. If you do not have access to selection tools or the command is rejected, ask staff about the server’s sublease setup.

The invited player chooses accept or deny after reviewing the terms. Use the tenant menu below to inspect the invitation.

/rental manage
/market renew <id>.For an active contract, generally stand inside your rented sub-region before opening the menu.
A request to change terms is not itself an accepted contract update. Review proposals and the resulting contract details. Your access and tools remain subject to the contract, owner permissions, and server rules.

/market myregions and select your eligible outright-owned plot.Active rentals and conflicting subleases can prevent a sale auction. An eligible owner can cancel their own sale auction through its details menu; the current highest bid is refunded.

The second command is an example bid of 5,000 on plot04. Inspect the auction and enter the amount you intend to bid.
Servers may configure inactivity or takeover auctions. During an eligible owner-return window:

This confirms an owner’s return for that process. It does not permanently exempt the plot from server policies.

When eligibility and permissions allow, this restores the region from its baseline schematic. A baseline must exist.
Owners require server permission. Eligible sublease tenants also need the relevant server and owner permissions. This is a plot restoration, separate from the administrator setup reset.
Required values are shown in angle brackets. [id] means the ID is optional in the situation described. Omit brackets when typing.

Read the response. Check listing availability and allowed mode, your balance, acquisition limits, rental responsibility, and renewal window. Financial features require a working Paper economy; the current Folia build disables them.
Staff choose editable flags and entity limits. Tenants also need owner-granted flag permissions. The entity menu displays limits rather than raising them.
Stand inside the correct plot and check your role. Use /market manage for owner/manager tools; use /rental manage for a sublease or invitation.
These actions require an eligible outright owner. Conflicting tenants, subleases, or invitations can prevent the action. Review the property’s current occupants and contracts.
